TERMS OF USE

AGE REQUIREMENT

WifeGFExchange Hub is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By using the Hub or following its linked routes, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your use is lawful in your location.

TELEGRAM AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

WifeGFExchange Hub is not Telegram, Nemiling or an external payment provider. Telegram routes, bots and other external services may have their own rules, technical requirements and policies.

PAID ACCESS

Current paid routes are presented through the relevant Telegram access route and operate on the Nemiling platform.

Successful Telegram Stars payments may provide immediate access where that flow is enabled. Other payment methods may require manual approval or manual activation.

Access is considered delivered when the applicable access route successfully provides or activates the purchased access.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

The commercial policy is that payments are non-refundable once purchased access has been successfully delivered.

This policy does not remove any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under law applicable to a particular transaction. It also does not prevent review where payment was made but access was not delivered, or where the supplied access materially failed to match what was purchased.

ROUTE AVAILABILITY

Routes, bots, access methods and service availability may change. WifeGFExchange Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Telegram, Nemiling, payment providers or any other external service.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use WifeGFExchange Hub or its linked community routes for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, distribution of protected private links, or content prohibited under the 18+ and safety rules.

Private destinations and invite links must not be redistributed without authorization.

RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to you. No specific governing law or jurisdiction is stated by WifeGFExchange Hub in these Terms. Mandatory rights that apply to a user or transaction remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
